We offer and provide the following services including Consulting work, Design, Installation, Integration and Servicing of various technologies we have and use today.
We have been in operation since 2000 and our combined expertise are proven, and we have an excellent track record in the industry of Integration and Professional services from the day we started operating.

Service and Repairs on behalf of ICNE (Technology products)

  • Supply and distribution of replacement components under warranty
  • Repair of faulty Electronic goods
  • Maintenance of Electronic goods

Cabling works

  • Assess and Site Survey to identify the required cabling works, incl risks and securing such cabling works
  • Identify correct cable or specification of correct cables required for the task
  • Identify the purpose and objective of such cabling works specific to the location unless otherwise requested specifically.
  • Termination of cables (Electrical, Data, Communications, Fibre, Audio Visual, Security, CCTV, and all types of cables including soldering of cables)

Installation and Integration Works

  • Audio Visual Products and Technology incl VideoWall, Digital Signage Board, Background Music, PA System, etc
  • Installation and Integration of Security System including Access Control 
  • Installation and Integration of IP Security including Intercom with IP Video & Control
  • Installation of Network Infrastructure and Internet appliances including WIFI 
  • Installation and Integration of Light fittings, Lighting accessories, Luminaires, etc
  • Maintenance, Service and Life-Cycle Assessment of the above-mentioned Technology’s
  • Manage (liaise with) external Parties (Trade Services) outside OPOC Solution’s control yet its products are integral and incorporated into OPOC’s products

  • Provision of Onsite Technical training of product operation to your clients

Consulting Services

  • OPOC Solutions Engr’s will act on your behalf to carry and Customer brief, engaged in Pre-Sales meetings, Mediator between ICNE & Customers specially when it comes to Insurance Claims – Note; We will require ICNE Uniform for such tasks
  • OPOC Solutions consulting services includes Technical Design, Technical Writing & Documentation, managing sites, managing projects, attending meetings on behalf of ICNE.

Note: All outside Sydney CBD or 45km from OPOC Solutions point of presence will incur in addition cost; These items includes.

  • Travel costs
  • Tolls
  • Administration cost (shipping materials, office materials, packing materials etc) Ancillary materials used in servicing faulty LCD units
  • Parking fees
  • Petrol
  • Accommodation
  • Claim of food expense (only when away from home)
